The KMS Annual Fund: The KMS Annual fund is our way of making sure the school raises the money it needs to keep going. Along with the Annual ArtFest and Raffle, Annual Spring Auction, the KMS Annual Fund represents our long-term commitment to strengthen and enhance all aspects of the school, particularly the following:

• Teacher Retention and Improved Benefits Program
• Scholarship Awards
• Ongoing Teacher Development Trainings
• New Program Materials
• Zero Waste Focus
• Organic, Vegetarian Food and Garden Development
• Facilities Improvements

The KMS Annual ArtFest and Raffle: Established in 2006, this event carries on the tradition of the Annual Auction. This is KMS' major fund raising event, this year it will take place from 10:30am-4pm on Saturday May 17th, 2008. We close down 25th Street near the school between Guerrero and San Jose Streets and set up a stage at the San Jose end of the street for performances by the children, parents, and other guest performers. This event is free and open to the public.
